Radisson comes to Leeds The Radisson SAS Hotel, Leeds is due to open at the end of April, 2002. The property will be developed to a luxury standard, within a new complex of bars and shops. Located in the heart of the city, at The Light, Cookridge Street, Leeds, the 147 bedroom hotel is easily accessible by all major motorway links, by rail and by air. Each room is tastefully decorated and includes Italian, Art Deco themed rooms, and, in keeping with the fashionable element of the Leeds culture, the hotel will feature one floor of Hi-Tech themed rooms. There will be two floors dedicated to conference and banqueting, totalling 6-8 air-conditioned meeting rooms, with the largest taking 70 people in Reception style.
