Assistance and access for disabled clients
Traveleads' principal office is located in the centre of Leeds, West Yorkshire, on the first, second and third floors of New York House which is a listed building with no passenger lift facility, so access is not possible for wheelchair users or anyone who would have difficulty in using stairs. Whilst 99% of our business is conducted by telephone or email, if a disabled client requires a personal meeting with a member of the Traveleads team in Leeds, this can either be arranged at a public location convenient to you or at our head office in Beeston, Leeds, which is a modern building with disabled access.
Nearest car park: Markets Car Park (NCP) - which has two lifts and 32 disabled parking bays.
Our office in Edinburgh is situated on Castle Street and has wheelchair accessible lift access to our first floor offices, with an intercom to request assistance with doors.
Nearest car park: Castle Terrace (NCP), which has no lift and 6 disabled parking bays, or pay & display parking on George Street.
All Traveleads offices are non-smoking.
Visitors should be aware that fire-alarms are tested each Friday between 10:30am and 11:00am in Leeds and in Edinburgh each Tuesday at 09:00am.
