Assistance and access for disabled clients

Traveleads' principal office is located in the centre of Leeds, West Yorkshire, on the first, second and third floors of New York House which is a 100+ year-old listed building which unfortunately has no passenger lift facility as we have no ground floor access other than the stairwells.  Access is therefore not possible for wheelchair users or anyone who would have difficulty in using stairs.  If a wheelchair user or person with ambulatory difficulty requires a personal meeting with a member of the Traveleads team in Leeds, this can either be arranged at your offices, a public location convenient to you or at our head office in Beeston, Leeds, which is a modern building with step/ramp-free access and on-site parking.

Nearest car park: Markets Car Park (NCP) - which has two lifts and 32 disabled parking bays.
 
Our office in Edinburgh is situated on George Street and has wheelchair accessible lift access to our third floor offices, with a concierge service to provide assistance with doors.

Nearest car park: St James Centre (NCP) which has lifts and 8 disabled parking bays or pay & display parking on George Street.

Staff in the Edinburgh office will be pleased to meet you at the entrance to the offices and assist you via the lobby area and lifts to access our office, please telephone us on arrival on 0131 718 4000.

All Traveleads offices are non-smoking.

Visitors should be aware that fire-alarms are tested each Friday between 10:30am and 11:00am in Leeds and in Edinburgh each Tuesday at 09:00am.
