Regarding Traveleads and the trip to Arizona - as always Traveleads did an excellent job. My wife, at home in England, made contact with the 24 hour service last weekend when we were worried about the possible effects of the weather on our return to the UK. The 24 hour line was manned by a person(!) who gave personal help and advice.

I just wanted to bring to your attention how Michelle has helped me in a particularly challenging request that I had to handle regarding air travel. She was extremely professional and understanding and even under pressure both from myself and other employees of the RFL who requested her advice, handled each situation that arose with calmness.

I would like to say a very big thank you for all of your work in organising our trip to the Euros. You have made yourselves easily contactable even when people are on holiday out of the office and have been very helpful and proactive with altering flight details. For future trips I would most definitely use Traveleads again and would recommend that other National Teams should as well.
