Air France Partners with 7 Michelin-Starred Chefs for 2019

In 2019, Air France is entrusting its La Première and Business menus to 7 Michelin-starred chefs on departure from Paris. They will “help design menus, choose products and create the recipes”

La Première

January to March – passengers will be offered dishes by Michel Roth – two Michelin-starred chef and owner of The Bayview Restaurant in Geneva

April to June –   creations by the late Joel Robuchon, who died in August 2018, as Air France honours the memory of “a visionary and virtuoso chef”.

July to September –  Regis Marcon, owner of the three Michelin-starred restaurant Le Clos des Cimes in Saint-Bonnet-le-Froid in the Haute-Loire.

October and December –  treated to dishes by the three Michelin-starred Emmanuel Renaut, founder of Flocons de sel in Mégève in the Haute-Savoie.

Business cabin

January to March – Anne-Sophie Pic, the  fourth female chef to ever win three Michelin stars, and was named the Best Female Chef by The World’s 50 Best Restaurants in 2011.

April to June – Arnaud Lallement, the head of the gastronomic restaurant “L’Assiette Champenoise” in Tinqueux near Reims which received its third Michelin Star in 2014.

July to September – Guy Martin, earned three stars from the Guide Michelin. He is currently working the restaurant Le Grand Véfour in Paris

October to December – Michel Roth, two stars at the Guide Michelin. He has also received famous titles like the Bocuse d’Or and Meilleur Ouvrier de France.
