In light of the continuously evolving situation around COVID-19, I would like to update you on the steps we’re taking to safeguard our clients and colleagues and our continued commitment to deliver top quality service through these unprecedented times.
We are adapting every day to make our business even more robust and streamlined so you can continue to rely on us now, and into the future. We have established a clear business continuity plan and are prepared to move to agile working should working from home become required. This will mean uninterrupted, business as usual for our customers, with our industry-leading service still front and centre.
Our communications team are providing clear advice to clients on where to find the latest information, such as our recent article, ‘How does Coronavirus affect my travel?’. Meanwhile, our Account Managers are supporting customers to make advice-driven decisions about what is best for their specific business needs.
The welfare of our people, whether colleagues or customers, is of utmost importance to us here at Traveleads and our senior leadership team continue to monitor the situation extremely closely to ensure we are doing everything to keep everyone healthy and safe. Our team are fully versed with heightened health and hygiene protocols to help fight the spread of the virus, and we’re encouraging ‘virtual meetings’ where necessary, following government advice.
