Traveller mobile technology
Our TravAssist mobile traveller smartphone app lets your travellers download their itinerary to their smartphone and access multiple services via their mobile, including links to online check-in and the ability to store their boarding card in their mobile ticket wallet.
The app is enabled to receive broadcast notifications relating to flight disruption, so if your flight is cancelled or delayed you can receive notifications direct to your mobile.

Travel manager technology
We can provide your organisation with a dashboard view of where all of your travellers are, should you ever need to quickly check out who is where, should any event occur which makes you want to ensure that everyone is accounted for safely, and can be given advice and instruction.
Logging on to your own portal, you can search by country, city, airline, traveller and a variety of filters to look at regions of the world or see where everyone is. You can then establish communications via push messaging, SMS and email to either groups of people or indviduals, asking them to check in with you and setting up lines of communications.
You can also see forward booking plans, in case you may need to alter these or prevent someone from travelling to a region, so your ability to prevent potential problems is greatly enhanced.

Pre-trip security alerts and briefings
Through partnership with iJet we can connect to you a powerful pre-trip briefing service which will capture all of your planned bookings and deliver a risk assessment report on each destination, and maintain watch on the planed destinations during the trip, updating you if there is any change in risk assessment or security status. For organisations with travel to more outlying parts of the world where there may be less infrastructure to support travellers, this ability to assess risk in advance enables you to take effective measure to protect your people, and take informed decisions on whether you wish to authorise travel to certain regions.
