From 28th March 2017, Virgin Atlantic will be the first airline to provide a direct service between Manchester and San Francisco. Operating three times weekly, the flights will connect the region to the world famous landmarks such as Golden Gate Bridge, Alcatraz and Fisherman’s Wharf. Alongside this Virgin will launch a direct service from Manchester to Boston flying twice weekly with one of the quickest flight times to visit the USA. Virgin Atlantic currently flies to Atlanta, Las Vegas, Orlando and Barbados.
