Traveleads' principal office is located in the centre of Leeds, West Yorkshire, on the first, second and third floors of New York House. Our Leeds office is in a listed building with no passenger lift facility, so access is not possible for wheelchair users or anyone who would have difficulty in using stairs. Whilst 99% of our business is conducted by telephone or email, if a disabled client requires a personal meeting with a member of the Traveleads team in Leeds, this can either be arranged at a public location convenient to you or at our head office in Beeston, Leeds, which is a modern building with disabled access.

Our office in Edinburgh is situated on Princes Street and has escalator access from Princes Street and vehicle, pedestrian and wheelchair access via a ramp from Rose Street Lane South, to the rear of the premises. All Traveleads offices are non-smoking, and visitors should be aware that fire-alarms are tested each Friday between 10:30am and 11:00am.
