Introducing the newest members of our account management team

Last week we introduced you to the newest members of our sales team and this week we are saying hello to Elizabeth Kirkbright and Mark Jackson who have joined our team of account management experts, based in our Leeds and Edinburgh Offices. 2019 has seen an exponential growth surge in new business for Traveleads which is why we are increasing our resources to ensure we continue to deliver the highest levels of excellence at all touch-points of our business. We have demonstrated to businesses of all sizes across the UK that bigger savings stem from better account management.

Elizabeth Kirkbright will be joining Alison Carpenter (Director of Client Services) in our Leeds office, making the move from business travel consultancy to account management after almost 10 years with Traveleads. Having worked exclusively in business travel for over a decade Elizabeth is a corporate travel guru and brings with her a seemingly endless array of travel industry knowledge, that she is keen to share with our clients. Alison Carpenter confirmed Elizabeth would be making the move into account management saying “We’re delighted that Elizabeth is joining the account management team as Traveleads continues its journey of growth. It’s very exciting times for us and the additional contribution will help us in delivering the highest level of service to our customers”.

Maggie Monteith (Director of Client Services - Scotland) was delighted to confirm that Mark Jackson would be working alongside of her to further enhance the account management team in Scotland, telling us “Mark is very skilled in the field of account management and joins us from Nespresso – so for clients visiting our office in Edinburgh you are guaranteed of a very warm welcome …and a great cup of coffee!”
