Emirates' Heathrow to Dubai A380 upgrade

Emirates' London Heathrow to Dubai daily service has been upgraded from a Boeing 777-300ER aircraft to an Airbus A380, adding more than 150 seats a day. The double-decker aircraft offers 557 economy seats and 58 in business class, and flies customers in more comfort to over 40 destinations with the world's largest A380 fleet.

British Airways announces its longest flight between London and Santiago de Chile

British Airways has announced a brand new direct service between London and Santiago de Chile. Flights will commence on the 3rd January 3rd 2017 and will become the airline’s lengthiest long-haul route, taking 14 hours 40 minutes, nearly an hour more than the current longest flight of 13 hours 50 minutes service to Buenos Aires. The four-a-week flight will be served by the airline’s newest aircraft, the four-cabin Boeing 787-9 Dreamliner.

Qatar Airways new Dubai Premium Lounge

The new Qatar Airways Premium Lounge at Dubai International Airport’s Concourse D was officially opened today by the Qatar Airways Group Chief Executive, His Excellency Mr. Akbar Al Baker and His Highness Sheikh Ahmed bin Saeed Al Maktoum, Chairman of Dubai Airports, President of the Dubai Civil Aviation Authority, Chairman and CEO of Emirates Group. Qatar Airways flies 133 times weekly to Dubai’s two airports, with 15 flights daily from Doha to Dubai International Airport.
