From the 3rd September to the 29th October 2016, KLM will offer a second Saturday service from Inverness to Amsterdam which will bring passengers greater choice and even more connections to worldwide destinations such as Atlanta, Mexico City and Venice. Travellers can choose between Business and Economy, with extra legroom in Economy Comfort.

Second Saturday service (Sep-Oct):

• Departing Amsterdam: 15.40 and arriving Inverness: 16.20
• Departing Inverness: 16.55 and arriving Amsterdam: 19.35

Air France has warned of flight disruption, last minute cancellations and delays due to a six-day strike, lasting until 2nd August, by several cabin crew unions. The French action is in protest at the liberalisation of European airspace by the EU, which would eliminate national air traffic controls in favour of an "open sky" plan.

Jet Airways will also operate a daily flight to Toronto from Amsterdam.

Air France now operate a new daily service from Glasgow, offering access to Paris, connections to the world, and greater on-board comfort. Passengers can choose between Business and Economy class on the flight to Paris and up to four classes for their onward intercontinental flight;La Première, Business, Premium Economy and Economy.
