Give your team the ultimate conference event in Monaco
Day 1
Delegates fly to Nice, either on chartered jet or via the many scheduled and low-cost services operating out of a variety of UK airports.
All delegates met by hostesses on arrival and transferred to waiting coaches or limousines or helicopters for transfer to Monaco.
Delegates check into the Monte Carlo Bay Hotel & Resort, one of the principality's leading luxury resort hotels.
Afternoon conference session in the Salle des Palmiers
Early evening - Cocktails by the pool in a private garden area of the hotel grounds before informal buffet dinner - indoor or outdoor according to time of year.
Day 2
Delegates assemble into teams for transfer to seafront citadel for team building activities and challenges on a James Bond theme. A wide range of challenges - supervised by various Bond "Baddies" - await the teams, and the team leaders will collect casino chips as reward for their successes in the challenges. The team with the greatest number of chips at the end of the day will be the winner. Lunch and refreshments will be provided on site, and the site is attended by paramedic staff.
Transfer back to the hotel in time to change for dinner.
Transfer to the Hotel de Paris on Casino Square in Monte Carlo for a champagne reception, prior to a Bond-themed black tie dinner and cabaret performance - guaranteed to leave the delegates on a high. After dinner, delegates have free entrance to the Casino de Monte Carlo.
Day 3
The morning can be left free for leisure or, subject to travel schedules, we can arrange beach sports activities or a variety of other group events.
Transfer the group back to Nice airport via coach, car or helicopter, prior to their flights back to the UK or home airport.
We can tailor make this option to suit any specific requests and to provide the best options subject to the time of year the group will be visiting Monte Carlo.
