Traveleads works closely alongside several centres of higher education to provide a broad range of travel facilities to academics, administrators, students and stakeholders – ranging from individual travel to group travel, and from day-to-day “business” travel to more off the beaten track excursions.
As well as having the widest range of travel solutions, we integrate the data delivery and accountancy aspects of travel supply to ensure that corporate governance is observed at all times and that proper purchasing guidelines are established and followed at all times, thus protecting our clients from any risk of unauthorised expense and misuse of budgets.
We aim to reduce the time taken to source and arrange travel, as this is a major problem for busy departments with a primary focus which is far from travel related, and to ensure that teaching and administrative staff have the time they need to perform core task efficiently, by removing the chore of trawling for travel “bargains”.
