Traveleads is a fully-licensed travel management company, established in the UK in 1971. We have service centres manned by expert travel consultants in both Leeds and Edinburgh, with over 70 staff working within the two sites.
Traveleads is the registered trading name of Deehurst Limited, company registration number 1545327 and VAT registration number 343 1999 38.
We hold licences from:
IATA International Air Transport Association
CAA (ATOL) Civil Aviation Authority (Air Transport Organiser’s Licence)
ABTA Association of British Travel Agents
ATOC Association of Train Operating Companies

Telephone call recording
Please note that all telephone calls are recorded by our call centre system, for the purposes of quality control and staff training. Our staff are required to meet specific quality targets in the handling of our customer calls and this facility allows us to monitor this and resolve any customer queries.
Full details of our public liability insurance cover is available to all clients on request.
To apply for an account please contact your nearest office and ask to speak to your local Director of Sales or Account Manager, or send an email (see panel to right) requesting a call.
Our standard terms and conditions of trading will apply to all account holders.
Opening hours:
Leeds: Monday - Friday 08:30 - 17:30
Edinburgh: Monday - Friday 08:30 - 17:30
A small team will also provide weekend cover for corporate and sports clients each weekend, operating from either the Leeds or Edinburgh offices, on the following hours:
Saturday 09:00 - 16:00
Sunday 10:30 - 16:00
Please note that the offices are not open to visitors during the weekend without prior appointment.
Outside of office hours, we have a rota for home-based staff to provide emergency response assistance to any situations which will not wait until the next morning, and the duty Manager can be contacted via 0780 350 3777. Please do not use this facility unless you have a genuine problem which cannot wait until the next morning, as this could delay us responding to another client with a genuine emergency.
