If you are flying Virgin Atlantic or Delta Air Lines from Heathrow Terminal 3 over the next few weeks, please be aware their operations will be moved from zone A to zone B temporarily whilst work is carried out. Heathrow Airport is investing in a new integrated baggage system designed to be more reliable and tracker-friendly. The move will take around 12-16 weeks.

Customers are encouraged to check in online or at the kiosks in zone B. Some of the kiosks in zone A will still be working but customers are asked to mainly use the zone B bag drop. There will be plenty of signs up at Terminal 3 showing customers where to head, as well as friendly Virgin Atlantic and Delta Air Lines staff to help direct you. Customers using the Upper Class Wing will be able to drop their bags there as usual.
