Meet

The architecturally striking and highly functional Robinson College provides a unique environment for conferences, set in several acres of attractive gardens yet only a few minutes' walk from the city centre. The Auditorium can seat up to 270 for conference sessions, lectures, films and stage performances. The Umney Theatre offers a more intimate environment for conference sessions and lectures. The Crausaz Wordsworth Building offers facilities for up to 96 delegates with three breakout rooms and a bright spacious foyer. The College also has a further 20 meeting rooms ideal for smaller meetings, training courses, group and syndicate use for between two and 80 delegates.

Dine

The College cuisine has a well-deserved reputation for its creativity, quality and locally sourced ingredients to create buffets, receptions, dinners and the most elaborate of banquets for up to 300 people. The College is committed to sustainable catering and is proud of its Food Ethics policy. The choice of dining venues includes; the magnificent, oak-panelled, Dining Hall ideal for banquets with a balcony for pre-dinner receptions, the modern Plenary Room with spacious foyer and terrace gardens, the informal self-service Garden Restaurant, the Garden Room - ideal for a working meal and the Seminar Room - a delightful setting for an intimate summer evening dinner party.

Stay

Robinson College provides a very high standard of accommodation and is justifiably proud of its four-star Campus Visit England rating. Accommodation, conveniently close to all facilities, is provided for up to 280 residents in study bedrooms and, single, twin and double private en-suite accommodation can be provided for 220. All rooms are well appointed and have hotel-standard facilities including bath and hand towels, complimentary toiletries pack, tea/coffee making tray, mineral water and free Wi-Fi included. Bed and breakfast accommodation is provided on an individual basis and opening dates vary from year to year according to changing term dates.
